Mopeds, motorbikes, motorcycles, scooters, three-wheeled vehicles, agricultural tractors, mobile machinery and equipment, works traffic, and emergency service vehicles do not need an environmental sticker. Additionally, vintage cars \u2013 registered before 1 January 1978 and fitted with Dutch historical, blue registration plates \u2013 also do not require an environmental sticker.
