Denk hierbij aan Deel II Uitvoerverklaring, Factuur, Verkoopovereenkomst en\/of overige bescheiden. De aangiftepunten zijn te bereiken op onderstaande e-mail adressen:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"\">Douanekantoor Schiphol Cargo (0432):\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:Douane.DSC.Uitvoer.AGS@belastingdienst.nl\">Douane.DSC.Uitvoer.AGS@belastingdienst.nl<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">Douanekantoor Rotterdam Rijnmond (0396):\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:Douane.DBR.Uitvoer.AGS@belastingdienst.nl\">Douane.DBR.Uitvoer.AGS@belastingdienst.nl<\/a><br>\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Zodra de Douane de stukken heeft ontvangen wordt er binnen max. 120 minuten contact met u opgenomen over de Fysieke Steekproef. Kan de Douane de controle niet uitvoeren binnen de reactietijd? Dan neemt de Douane zo spoedig mogelijk contact met u op. Indien u tussentijdse vragen heeft over de controle zijn de aangiftepunten te bereiken op de volgende telefoonnummers:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"\">Aangiftebehandeling Douane Schiphol Cargo (0432): 088-1582000<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">Aangiftebehandeling Douane Rotterdam Rijnmond (0396): 088-1514100<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Na de Fysieke steekproef stuurt het aangiftepunt het signaal door naar de Douane om het document vrij te geven. Het vrijgegeven document verschijnt vervolgens automatisch in uw transactieoverzicht in Mijn VWE, te vinden onder Mijn Bedrijf.<br><br>Heeft u nog vragen over dit onderwerp?
