Where can I find my ad on an ad portal?
You can easily view your posted ad on a portal via the transit result. Clicking on this button will take you to the corresponding ad on the clicked ad portal. This allows you to check how your ad is displayed on the relevant ad portal.
- Log in to MijnVWE.
- In the dashboard, click on Advertisement management.
- Behind each ad is a green tick, blue bell or red exclamation mark. Click on these to see the current ad status.
- There is an eye sign in this screen. Click on this sign to open the advertisement directly on the portal. When the eye is grey, we do not have the direct link to the ad.
How do I provide an ad with a NAP logo?
- Create a new ad or edit an existing one
- Go to step NAP and Warranty.
- On this screen, enter a counter position and click on Ask web label to.
- You will immediately see the result of the check on screen. If this is assessed as logical, a web label is displayed on the portals.
- Save the application and publish the ad.
How do I add a company logo to a showroom card?
- Log in to MijnVWE.
- On the home screen, under Administration, you choose Tenders, Purchase agreements or Invoices.
- Go to Settings.
- On the tab, add General add a company logo.
How can I add a standard ad text to an ad?
- Create a new ad or edit an existing one.
- Go to step Advertising text.
- Insert previously created text here Templates/Standard text In.
After inserting a text template, you can still edit this text for this ad.
Where do I create a standard ad text?
- Log in to MijnVWE.
- Directly on the home screen, click under Advertisement management at Settings.
- Go to the tab Texts.
- Under the tab Text templates you can create and save your own texts. You can easily insert these standard texts while creating an ad.
How do I upload a template/watermark for my ads?
- Log in to MijnVWE.
- Create a new ad via the Vehicle file or open an existing advertisement via the Advertisement management.
- Go to the tab Media and click on Open media management.
- Click below Folders at Templates.
- You can upload a template via the plus sign at the top right.
How do I add a template/watermark to a photo?
- Create a new ad or edit an existing one.
- Go to step Media.
- Select one or more photos.
- Now click on the menu on the left Templates and tick the desired template.
- Remember to save and publish the ad, for the change to take effect on the portals.
How do I change the phone number on my ads?
- Log in to MijnVWE.
- Go to My Company and click on Edit at the address details.
- Go to the tab Advertise and adjust the data.
- Click on Change advertisement address to save the change.
- Finally, at Advertising manager settings to which of the two set phone numbers should be shown with your ads:
- In the menu, click on Vehicles.
- Go under Advertisement management to Settings and then to Address.
- Choose the field you want to use as the phone number and click Save.
After changing a phone number, it usually takes several hours for it to be updated on the various portals.
How do I change my advertising address?
- Log in to MijnVWE.
- Go to My Company and click ‘change’ at the address details.
- Go to the tab Advertise and adjust the data.
- Click on Change advertisement address to save the change.
After changing your advertising address, it may take up to several hours for it to be updated on the portals.
Can I save an ad in the meantime?
Will my sold and deleted ads be saved?
Yes, closed and deleted ads are retained. You can find them under the heading Deleted at Advertisement management.
Where do I find my ads?
You can find all your ads in the Ads Manager.
- Log in to MijnVWE.
- On the dashboard under the tab Advertisement management you will find the link to Advertisement Management.
How do I place an ad?
- Log in to MijnVWE.
- Go to Advertisement management and click on New advertisement
- Enter the registration number or chassis number in the search bar or go to the company stock to select the vehicle.
- Check the vehicle information and complete it if necessary.
- Add photos.
- Add the asking price.
- Add any additional options, such as the counter report (NAP), RDW label and BOVAG label.
- Choose your favourite ad portals to publish the ad on.
- Publish the ad with one click and check it easily.
- Sale closed? Transfer the vehicle to the new owner's name. Your ad will then be removed automatically.
