You can find all documents for a vehicle in the Vehicle File. Locate the vehicle using the search box in the Vehicle Dashboard or in the Stock List. If you are looking for a document related to a specific transaction, you can find that transaction in the Transaction Overview and retrieve the document from there.

• On the My Company dashboard, you can see which modules you currently have.

The status and archive screens for inter-company ORV can be found under My Company -> My Overviews.

EAD transactions can be found in the Transaction Overview under “My Company”.

There is a report specifically for EAD transactions. You can find this under ‘My Company’ in the “My Reports” section. By clicking on the arrow, all items will become visible, including the "My Customs Declarations" report.

On the ‘My Business’ dashboard, you'll find the ‘Transactions’ button. This will take you to a list of all transactions: the Transaction Overview. Using the filter function on the right-hand side, you can search, for example, by a specific licence plate or period.
