I want to cancel my acount with VWE. Where can I do this?
You can cancel your account or (one or more) services via www.vwe.nl/cancel. Please take into account the notice period as stated in the Terms and Conditions.
We would, of course, prefer to keep you as a customer. If anything is bothering you, our Customer Contact Centre is always ready for you. Please contact Contact Oops!
When logging into MijnVWE, I receive the error message ‘no or invalid certificate offered’ or ‘The page requires a client certificate’. What should I do?
You do not have an RDW certificate installed on the device you are using, or you may be using a revoked or expired RDW certificate. Only the most recently issued RDW certificate is valid. Here are a few things you can try:
Install the certificate on the device you wish to use
– Check if the certificate is still valid. A certificate is valid for a maximum of 2 years. The RDW will send a new certificate a few weeks in advance.
– Have you had an RDW/KVK number change? Please contact Contact Stop met het KCC.
Before you try logging into Mijn VWE again, it is STRONGLY advised that you close ALL your browser screens first and then try again.

I want to register as a customer. How do I do that?
This can be done via this page. In the registration form, you can specify exactly which services you wish to use.
