Teller report: a valuable report for your buyer

When selling a vehicle, you can provide your buyer with an additional service by supplying them with a mileage report. This is a document that buyers are increasingly requesting, partly due to the attention the RDW is currently giving it. You can easily help your buyer get this valuable report!

A mileage report is a report issued by the RDW. The report shows the mileage history of a vehicle and contains a judgement from the RDW: logical, illogical, or no judgement. Read The RDW's explanation of the different judgments.

With every disclaimer, a meter report

When a vehicle is placed in the company stock (via ORB), an odometer report is automatically requested free of charge. In the ORB transaction results screen, you can open the odometer report and, if desired, save or print it directly. This way, you will have the odometer report ready to hand over to the new owner when the vehicle is sold.

Find teller rapport in the archive

Have you not saved or printed the mileage report from a previous de-registration? You can find it in My VWE, within the vehicle file. To do this, go to ‘Vehicles’ and enter the registration number. You will find the mileage report under the ‘Documents’ section. If you don't have the registration number at hand, you can also find the report in the ‘Transactions’ overview (under My Business). When you click on the ORB transaction, you can open the mileage report and save or print it.

Request new current report

If the mileage has changed after it was recorded in the company stock, you can request a new report. Then go to ‘Vehicles’, enter the registration number and click on ‘Request Mileage Report’ (under ‘Sales’). Here you can request a new report with the current mileage. Please note: the print-out will appear immediately after the request and cannot be printed or saved afterwards via the transaction overview.
