From 1 October 2025, VWE will collaborate with Financial Lease Partner as its new financing partner. This will strengthen our service to car companies and their customers. Starting from 1 January 2026, a significant change will be introduced in Spain: all municipalities with more than 20,000 inhabitants will be obliged to implement a low-emission zone (ZBE – Zona de Bajas Emisiones) from that date. Currently, this applies to municipalities with at least 50,000 inhabitants. This means that a low-emission sticker will be required for vehicles with a low environmental class in many more locations than before. Are you travelling to Spain by car?
